Founded in 2023, our company grew from a passion for helping individuals and organisations recognise their gaps to potential and develop a practical strategy to close them.
We bring together five areas of expertise: management and business advisory; energy, oil and gas consulting; capacity building; project management and social impact; and digital transformation.
Our work focuses on eliminating waste, improving effectiveness, and helping teams become more agile. We combine an international perspective with understanding of Nigeria’s business environment, particularly the Niger Delta energy corridor.

SSCI was founded by a team of like-minded individuals with experience across their respective fields. The team is led by Dr. Samuel Dare Ajayi, a certified management consultant and coach with Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt qualifications.
